Privacy Policy

We will not use any personal information provided for any purpose other than the fulfillment of orders.
We will never pass any personal information on to a third party


Returns Policy

If an item found to be faulty a full refund will be given upon return of item to seller. Please email us if you are not entirely satisfied and we will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Items may be returned under Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned complete with all accessories and original packaging
The Buyer is responsible for the return P&P costs.

On reciept of returned item(s) we will refund in full including original postage charge

Payment

We accept payment by a variety of methods, which include Cheque, Bank Transfer, Google Checkout Paypal, Debit and Credit Cards.
We receive no card information from any of our payment processors

Payment by the customer does not constitute acceptance of the order by Aktis Music

Stock Availability

Whilst we attempt to maintain accurate stock levels on the site, we supply goods using a number of sales channels and on occasions stock availability may be inaccurate. If errors do occur you will be emailed with stock availability and the option to cancel.

If you require quantities of an item greater than is available on the site, please email sales@shop.aktismusic.co.uk for availability.

Delivery Locations

At present we can only ship to location in United Kingdom & Ireland.

Delivery Rates

Are for UK Mainland locations including Scottish Highlands and Islands for consignments upto 2kg
For consignments over 2kg, postal supplements may be required for Postcodes BT, IM, JE, GU, ZE
Orders can be dispatched to Republic of Ireland but may be subject to payment of delivery surcharges, especially for consignments over 2kg in weight

Delivery Times

We normally dispatch orders by Royal Mail or Courier within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment and delivery should normally within 7 days of order.
In the exceptional cases when dispatch is delayed you will be notified by email with expected delivery date and the option to cancel.
Whilst we attempt to deliver as quickly as possible, We can make no guarantee of delivery times unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

Product information

We make every attempt to ensure that our products are accurately described, please inform us if you believe descriptions to be inaccurate
If you receive an item which is substantially different from the item described, please arrange to return it to us for full refund
